Our support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eastern Time. We try to answer all emails within a few hours during most business days. Whether via telephone or email, we are always glad to assist you with anything from the simplest audio question to technical discussions about our speakers or home theater design. We are different than larger companies because we can take the time to speak with each of our customers and we enjoy having that privilege. So, not only do you get better speakers with Orb, but you also get better customer service. Because of the personal attention we give each client, it is possible all of our representatives will be helping other clients when you call. Do not despair! We are not like other companies and will definitely return your call as soon as the first representative becomes available, usually within minutes.

This location is our business office and does not have any inventory or demonstration space. All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Sherman Oaks, California and all returns are processed through that facility as well. Do not send returns to our New York address, as returns cannot be accepted at this location.
