Shipping Policies & Pricing
We know you want your speakers and we are on top of it. We try to ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day from receipt of your order. We ship with both United Parcel Service and Federal Express and also use the United States Postal Service from time to time. Our packages are shipped with tracking and insurance and you will be provided a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Your delivery time consists of the time it will take us to pack and ship your order, plus the transit time of the delivery method that you select. At the present time, ground shipping is available on all orders, regardless of size or weight, for $9. Two-three day delivery and overnight delivery are also available, although they can be somewhat expensive due to the weight of such items as the Super Eight subwoofer and HOSS floor stands.
We deliver to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses and try to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible. Shipping costs to these areas are displayed during checkout. We subsidize a portion of the shipping to reflect the amount that we absorb in the $9 ground shipping promotion available in the lower 48 states.

All orders are shipped from southern California. Ground shipping can take up to a week of transit time after it leaves our office. Even if you pay additional charges for overnight or 2-3 day shipping, we are still subsidizing some of the cost of shipping your order. In some cases, and only where it would not change the total delivery time to you, we might choose to expedite packing and shipping of your order instead of the actual transit time. For example, if you order overnight shipping, we might ship your order the same day via two day delivery instead of the following day via overnight delivery. In either case, delivery time would be two days, so your delivery time would not be affected.
